We Are Looking for:

Office Manager (Part – time)

These are your tasks:

  • Independent organization and coordination of a smooth office environment
  • Preparatory Accounting (Payroll Monitoring, Invoice Receipt, and Invoice Exit)
    Travel planning and organization, including travel expense accounting
  • Planning and organization of Team events (yeay)

You bring with you:

  • A successfully completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • A communicative and organizational strong personality with a positive attitude and an eye for details
  • An independent and structured way of working as well as the ability to keep track of several parallel projects
  • Very good German and good English skills as well as a safe handling with Google: Mail, Docs, Drive etc. and a high number of affinity
